Bungoma County is among the counties that are located in the Western Region of Kenya. Bungoma County has an area of 3,032.2Km² and as per the 2019 Census, the population of Bungoma County was one million, six hundred and seventy thousand five hundred and seventy (1,670,570).
In the 2017 General Elections, Bungoma County had a total number of five hundred and fifty nine thousand, eight hundred and sixty six (559,866) registered voters.
The Governor of Bungoma County is H.E Wycliffe Wangamati. The Senator of Bungoma County is Hon. Moses Wetangula and Hon Wambilianga Catherine is the Women Representative.

Mt Elgon Constituency
Hon. Fred Kapondi Chesebe is the current Mt Elgon Constituency Member of Parliament. Mt Elgon Constituency has six wards which include; Cheptais, Chesikaki, Chepyuk, Kapkateny, Kaptama and Elgon. It had 66,220 registered voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Sirisia Constituency
Sirisia Constituency is represented Hon. John Waluke Koyi. It has three wards which include; Namwela, Malakisi/South Kulisiru and Lwandanyi. The Constituency had 40,950 registered voters in the 2017 elections.
Kabuchai Constituency
The Member of Parliament of Kabuchai Constituency is Hon. James Lusweti Mukwe. The Constituency has five wards which include; Kabuchai/Chwele, West Nalondo, Bwake/Luuya, Mukuyuni and South Bukusu . It had 57,476 voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Bumula Constituency
Hon. Moses Wekesa Mwambu Mabonga is the Bumula parliamentary representative. Its wards are six and they include; Bumula, Khasoko, Kabula, Kimaeti, South Bukusu and Siboti. It had 70,683 registered voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Kanduyi Constituency
Hon. Athanas M Wafula Wamunyinyi is the current Kanduyi Constituency Member of Parliament. Kanduyi Constituency has eight wards which include; Bukembe West, Bukembe East, Township, Khalaba, Musikoma, East Snag’alo, Marakatu, Tuuti and West Sang’alo. It had 105,581 registered voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Webuye East Constituency
Hon. Bernard Alfred Wekesa Sambu is the current Webuye East Member of Parliament. Webuye East Constituency has three wards which include; Mihuu, Ndivisi and Maraka. It had 42,263 registered voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Webuye West Constituency
Webuye West Constituency is represented Hon. Daniel Wanyama Sitati. It has three wards which include; Sitikho, Matulo and Bokoli. The Constituency had 50,466 registered voters in the 2017 elections.
Kimilili Constituency
The Member of Parliament of Kimilili Constituency is Hon. Didimus Wekesa Barasa Mutua. The Constituency has four wards which include; Kibingei, Kimilili, Maeni and Kamukuywa . It had 52,268 voters in the 2017 General Elections.
Tongaren Constituency
Hon. David Eseli Simiyu is the Tongaren parliamentary representative. Its wards are six and they include; Mbakalo, Naitiri/Kabuyefwe, Milima, Ndalu/Tabani, Tongaren and Soysambu/Mitua. It had 73,969 registered voters in the 2017 General Elections.
